U.S. Returns & Exchanges Policy

We offer free returns and exchanges on all U.S. orders for any reason, provided the garments remain in unworn condition (neither washed nor altered) and are returned to our U.S. warehouse within 30 days of the original purchase date.
We do not currently accept refunds to the original payment method – only returns for store credit or exchanges for a new size or colour are permitted at this time.

You will be provided with a prepaid USPS shipping label via the self-guided portal that can be used to return your order to our U.S. warehouse.
In your return package, please include the packing list that shipped with your order and ensure that any tags are still affixed to the garments. You are welcome to keep the drawstring cinch bag as a token of our appreciation.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way.

Non-U.S. Returns & Exchanges Policy

We offer returns and exchanges on all international (non-U.S.) orders for any reason, provided the garments remain in unworn condition (neither washed nor altered) and are returned to our U.S. warehouse within 30 days of the original purchase date.
We do not currently accept refunds to the original payment method – only returns for store credit or exchanges for a new size or colour are permitted at this time.
Please send an email to support@afterlightleisure.com with your order number to initiate a return or exchange.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost to return your order to our U.S. warehouse.
Returns and exchanges must be shipped back to Afterlight Leisure using a trackable method by your courier of choice. Please declare the items as “returned goods” on the customs form of your shipment to avoid any unnecessary import or export fees.
In your return package, please include the packing list that shipped with your order. You are welcome to keep the drawstring cinch bag as a token of our appreciation.
Any import fees, duties, and/or taxes associated with your original order are not eligible for reimbursement by Afterlight Leisure. These fees can be refunded via duty drawback through your home country’s local customs office.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once it is received and inspected by our U.S. warehouse.
Upon inspection and approval of your return, store credit will be emailed to you in the form of an Afterlight Leisure gift card with no expiration date. Any original shipping fees associated with your order are not eligible for reimbursement.
Upon inspection and approval of your exchange, new items ship from our U.S warehouse and typically arrive within 2-3 business days for U.S. orders and 5-10 business days for international orders.
Tracking information will be provided via email confirmation as soon as your exchange has shipped.
